CLEANING THE LIVER WITH RAISINS: TRADITIONAL RUSSIAN RECIPE
One of the most helpful tools for cleansing and detoxification of the liver are raisins.Liver’s job is to clean the blood of toxins and impurities of all kind. The poisoning of the organism prevents the liver’s effectiveness in combating diseases, poisons and toxins because it reduces the ability of absorbing natural-based drugs.When our liver is healthy we are more vital, out looks are better and we have better mood.Ideal raisins for this recipe should be organic. They should be dark, black, wrinkled, but not too soft or too stiff.
Preparation and use:
Soak the raisins in warm water for 15 minutes then rinse them with running water. Prepare this in the morning. Place the rinsed raisings into a bowl and pour previously boiled water, which should now be cooled to room temperature, over them. Fill the bowl completely and let them soak in until the next morning.Drink the liquid and eat the raisins the next morning after you wake up.
Lie on your back for 2 to 3 hours. Place warm compresses on the right side of the abdomen. Repeate it once a week for over a month, or four times a month, twice a year.
