The diet plan for the meals for the broccoli diet includes different types of groceries: carrots, potatoes, fish, red meat, poultry, tomatoes, rye bread, vegetables, sour cream, pepper, olive oil, onions. You can drink tap water, mineral water and sometimes fat free dairy drinks.
First regime – first and second day
Breakfast: 200 gr. broccoli boiled with salt, 1 – 2 cups black tea without sugar.
Lunch: 150 gr. boiled chicken and 250 milliliters lightly salted chicken stew. As an addition 100 gr. broccoli boiled with salt.
Dinner: 250 gr. broccoli boiled with salt, 1 – 2 cups black tea without sugar.
Second regime – third and fourth day
Breakfast: Braised broccoli in olive oil with added pepper and garlic. In a deeper frying pan put some olive oil, 200 gr. broccoli, and one sliced piece of garlic, one sliced pepper and some salt. Stew it for 20 minutes closed on simmering heat.
Lunch: Braised broccoli in olive oil with tomatoes and onion. In a frying pan put some olive oil. Put 150 gr. broccoli, one half of a middle sized onion, two sliced tomatoes and some salt. Stew it for 20 – 25 minutes closed on low heat.
Dinner: Same as breakfast.
Third regime – fifth and sixth day
Breakfast: broccoli salad, yogurt with low fat and boiled beef. Boil 100 gr. beef, mix it with 100 gr. Sliced broccoli and add 2 spoons of yogurt with low fat and some salt. A glass of low fat kefir will complete the meal.
Lunch: 200 gr. stew broccoli in lightly salted water. Put the broccoli in a pot with water that boils and boil it no more than 5 minutes.
Dinner: 150 gr. Boiled beef with little salt, 1 glass of pure water.
Fourth regime – seventh and eighth day
Breakfast: 100 gr. boiled broccoli, 2 soft boiled eggs, a cup of black tea without sugar.
Lunch: broccoli soup. In 300 milliliters chicken soup add 100 gr. broccoli, some parsley and some salt. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Dinner: 2 pieces of rye bread, a tomato, 100 gr. Boiled broccoli, one cup of tomato juice.
Fifth regime – ninth and tenth day
Breakfast: 100 gr. boiled broccoli with salt and two stewed carrots.
Lunch: 100 gr. boiled broccoli with salt, 100 gr. Stewed fish (any kind of fish can be used).
Dinner: 200 gr. broccoli boiled with salt, one unpeeled boiled potato.
