Method 1: For nourishing your hair on a daily basis add rosemary essential oil to your shampoo or conditioner. Use 10-12 drops of oil for every ounce of shampoo or conditioner.
Method 2: Cover one teaspoon of fresh or dried rosemary with one cup of boiling water. Let it steep for 15 minutes and strain.
Drink two cups per day, in the mornings and in the afternoon. Night dosage is not recommended since it can disturb the sleep.
Method 3: Mix ½ cup medicinal alcohol with 1 tablespoon of rosemary leaves. Allow mixture to soak for 10 days, and then strain.
Add 15 to 20 drops in a glass of water. You can also use this rosemary tincture externally. Massage the scalp and wait for results.
Method 4: Put 4 to 5 tablespoons of rosemary dried leaves in a vessel of water. Boil it for few hours to prepare an infusion. Once the liquid cools down, strain it and mix it with tap water. Rrinse your hair with the liquid after shampoo.
