Salad is healthy
Salad are healthy, but not when you add harmful fats as dressings or processed meat.
In order to prepare healthy salad, don’t use mayonnaise and similar products, instead prepare your own dressing sause. Use balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar and a bit of honey if you like. Your salad should be fresh and healthy, so prepare it with healthy ingredients like dark, leafy greens and fruit.
Working out while hungry
Make sure to eat enough before exercising because your body needs fuel in order to work put properly.
Drink one glass of juice because it will give you feeling of fullnes and you will also have energy for the workout and continue burn fats during sleep.
